Direct Burial

With a direct or immediate burial, the deceased is buried shortly after death. No viewing or visitation is involved, so typically no embalming is necessary. A memorial service may be held at a later date.

Graveside Service

Held at the graveside with family, friends and clergy, graveside services are generally more private than a traditional funeral.

Memorial Services

Memorial services are services held without the presence of the body of the deceased. Often, memorial services take place after a direct cremation or immediate burial. They may be arranged at your place of worship, or in the funeral home. Photographs, special mementos as well favorite songs may be incorporated into a service to celebrate the life lived.

Preparation of Required Documentation

Following a death, numerous documents must be filed with both the local and state agencies. Our office will file the certificate of death and obtain the necessary disposition permit, as well as assist in acquiring certified copies of the Death Certificate.
