Dear Fahey Family,
Although I didn't work with Laura often, I did see her routinely in the office, and I want you to know what an impact she had on people, even those who only knew her casually. Every single time I saw her, in the coffee room or at an office-wide event, or on those occasions where we did work together on a project, she was smiling, positive, intelligent, capable, happy, friendly, personable, warm and engaging. It is easy to come to work every day and slip between the cracks, only engage to the extent you must, and only be as friendly as is required. Laura was the opposite. She was an energy source for the rest of us and she brightened up everyone around her. I'm so incredibly sorry for your loss. I just hope you will find some solace in the fact that she touched many lives around her in very positive and meaningful ways and we will sincerely miss her. My deepest most sincere sympathies to you all.
