Ernie Donovan
To the Keyes family I express my condolences of the passing of Mr. Keyes. What a good, caring, and decent man he was. From the days when he was my coach (Lower Falls Bruins), and as I grew up, he kept me on the straight and narrow, looked out for my family, took me on vacation, and really cared and took an interest in me, which I’m truly grateful for and something that has stayed in my heart. I have many fond memories of hanging out at the Keyes’ house, but the one that sticks out in my mind the most is being there on the weekend during baseball season and seeing Mr. Keyes sitting in his favorite chair watching the Sox!!!! Until we meet again, may Mr. Keyes rest in Eternal Peace.
