Condolence: I am so saddened to hear of Rosalie's passing. Rosalie was a beautiful lady and carried herself in a positive and professional manner, as did the teachers of my school days. When Rosalie spoke, we listened. It has indeed been a pleasure to have known Rosalie as a sister in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and as a church member at Myrtle Baptist Church, and to have known all of the Carter family.
