Our deepest condolences to Pat and the family for your loss. Jimmy was a family treasure. Al met Jimmy at Harvard University when all three of us were there for United Way training in the fall of 1975. Jimmy, had met Al at one of the break-out sessions and wanted to introduce me to him, but we had already met the day before. We started dating before the campaign ended that year, but didn't marry until 1979. Al remembers fondly the day he and Jimmy babysat Tracy and Mary Elizabeth who were merely months old, while you and I went to someone's shower. They were the "blind-leading-the-blind!" There was no structural damage, and the girls survived. ;) May you each find peace in the days ahead.
