Condolence: Dear Tim, Christopher, Stephanie, Andrew and Caroline, Words are so inane at times of the death of a loved one. These simple words are all I can offer, I am so sorry. I enjoyed a wonderful evening with all of you in Okemo where Polly honored my birthday, surprising me with a beautiful cake. It was the first time I met her. I will treasure that special time with all of you and keep her loveliness in my hearts' garden of the most beautiful memories.
