Condolence: Linda, Scott and Kurt - My deepest sympathies to you and your family. I was overcome with sadness at the discovery of your mother's passing. Her name is etched in a childhood book of mine as my favorite teacher of all time, and is true to this day. I will always cherish the time my family vacationed with all of you in Maine and she introduced me to the stories of Little Bear. She exuded a sense of family and acceptance, and was a dear friend to my mother. She was so kind, uplifting and a real inspiration for me to become a teacher. I will forever walk in her footsteps.

Condolence: Mrs. Pohlman was my kindergarten teacher at Claflin 1975-76. The sweetest woman that ever graced this earth. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family, especially Scott & Mary, who coached my brother and I in swim team. Lots of love!

Condolence: To all of June's family I extend my deepest sympathies for the loss of your beloved mother. June was a wonderful colleague at Claflin school and at the many staff get-togethers where we would enjoy her company and fabulous sense of humor.
