Condolences

Condolence From: Joanne Hill
Condolence: Thinking of Laura's family - I ran the New England's last Sunday - and I remembered running this with Laura a year ago; after the race she and I shared how challenging that course is and she relayed she would choose running a marathon any day than run that course. I think of Laura a lot and her incredible positive attitude. She came into my head when I ran the Newport Marathon a month ago, she helped me push through the end. I keep her prayer card in my car, so I am always reminded of her. Just know that I and all of Liberty were and continue to be so taken with her. She continues to inspire us and we truly aim to "Live like Laura". Joanne

Condolence From: Craig Ertlmaier
Condolence: So sad to hear about Laura. I knew of her in high school as she was the statistician for our basketball team. That bookkeeping work was so important for our team and she was certainly appreciated each season she did it. She was a great personality to have around and as I discussed her with a mutual friend, will be missed.

Condolence From: Lauryl and Steve Dubin
Condolence: So sorry to hear of Laura's passing. She was a beautiful woman who was a kind and shining star. She was so nice and smart, and had a million dollar smile that made everyone who saw her and speak to her, feel happier and smile back. What a devastating loss at such a young age. Love, Lauryl and Steve Dubin (Malachy's parents)

Condolence: Dear Kevin, Ellie, and Caroline, you may not remember me but you coached my daughter Keira on the Oregon Ducks last spring. When I heard about Laura's passing I was stunned, and devastated for you and your little girls, and your whole family. I didn't know Laura except to see her at games and practices but I could tell she was a very loving mom and a kind person. I cannot imagine the pain you all are going through. Please know the thoughts and prayers of many people, including my family, are with you at this unimaginably sad time.

Condolence: Dear Fahey Family, Although I didn't work with Laura often, I did see her routinely in the office, and I want you to know what an impact she had on people, even those who only knew her casually. Every single time I saw her, in the coffee room or at an office-wide event, or on those occasions where we did work together on a project, she was smiling, positive, intelligent, capable, happy, friendly, personable, warm and engaging. It is easy to come to work every day and slip between the cracks, only engage to the extent you must, and only be as friendly as is required. Laura was the opposite. She was an energy source for the rest of us and she brightened up everyone around her. I'm so incredibly sorry for your loss. I just hope you will find some solace in the fact that she touched many lives around her in very positive and meaningful ways and we will sincerely miss her. My deepest most sincere sympathies to you all.
