M. Joseph DeCosta, of North Andover, April 22, 2016. Beloved husband of Helen (Rosser). Mr. DeCosta was retired from the Andover office of the Internal Revenue Service where he worked for many years as an Information Technology Specialist and Computer Assistant. He was a proud veteran of the US Marine Corps, having served from 1961-1965. A graveside service will be held Thursday, April 28 at 10:45 AM in Sharon Memorial Park, 120 Canton St. Sharon. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mr. DeCosta’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
