Roche, Marie Blanche (Methot), age 99, in Worcester, formerly of Newton, February 17, 2015. Beloved wife of the late John J. Roche. Devoted mother of Ellen Kurcis and her husband Wayne Kelly of Arlington, VA, Jean Knight and her husband Clinton of Framingham, Constance Roche and her husband John Richardson of Concord, Kathleen Roche-Goggins and her husband David Kahn of Worcester. Predeceased by 11 brothers and sisters. Loving grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Family and friends will gather for visiting hours in the Burke & Blackington Funeral Home, 1479 Washington St., (Rte. 16), West Newton, Tuesday, February 24 at 9:00 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass in Our Lady Help of Christians Church, 573 Washington St., Newton at 10:30 AM. Interment in Newton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made in Blanche's memory to Notre Dame Health Care's Educational Bridge Center, 555 Plantation St., Worcester, MA 01605.
