Condolence: Remembering my dear friend Peg who always brought humor into my life along with serious thoughts to ponder. I still treasure her poems and insights. Her family has shown their deepest love and devotion to the memory of their Mom...a great woman.

Condolence: My dear friend Peg taught me a lesson in integrity when we were in the 3rd or 4th Grade. During WWII, our class was collecting bags of clothing and hoped to get 100% participation to win an award. Peg forgot to bring her bag and was quickly offered a bag from a friend who had brought two. She refused saying it wouldn't be right. At first we were all so angry at her but by the end of the school day I knew she was right to stand by her principles. She became my steadfast friend and one of my bridesmaids. Over the years we exchanged poetry and book titles while discussing experiences of bringing up children. She purchased my artwork and I purchased one of her lovely photographs. Peg will always be my forever friend.
